How Does Renting Work?
- Discover your dream outfit while browsing our online collection. Before booking, ensure a perfect fit by consulting our product Size Guides or visiting our Shop By Size page. If the set doesn't quite match your measurements, don't worry, you can select from a range of substitute options during checkout. Still unsure? Feel free to reach out to us at info@meerameera.ca for personalized recommendations and fitting assistance.
- Reserve your desired outfit for the duration you need without any upfront security deposit. Approximately a week before your scheduled pick-up or delivery, we'll contact you to offer the choice of leaving a security deposit or providing a card on file.
- Collect your outfit from our residential studio in Vaughan, Ontario, or opt for convenient shipping. Enjoy your rental for 4 or 8 days, or contact us for longer-term arrangements.
- Feel confident and stylish at your event. Share your memorable moments by emailing us at info@meerameera.ca or tagging us on Instagram @meerameerarentals.
- Return the outfit or arrange for shipping by the end of your rental period. We take care of professional dry cleaning for you.
How Does Sizing Work?
Find your perfect fit through our Shop By Size page. Most of our skirts feature adjustable drawstrings at the waist for customized comfort. If the blouse doesn't fit, we offer various substitute options in different colors and sizes. How Often Do You Get New Outfits In?
We're constantly expanding our collection with new and unique pieces. Check back frequently to explore our latest additions.
What If I Need an Outfit for More Than 8 Days?
Contact us, and we'll accommodate your request for extended rental periods.
What If I'm Late in Returning the Outfit?
Late returns incur a fee of $20 per day. After 5 days, the full retail value of the item will be charged.
What If I Damage the Outfit?
Consider purchasing our $10 rental insurance at the time of booking, covering regular wear and tear. Without insurance, you're responsible for any necessary repairs or replacements. Severe damage may result in charges at the full retail value.
Are These Outfits Only Suitable for Indian Occasions?
No! While our outfits complement South Asian events, they're versatile enough for various occasions. Pair a ballet top or bodysuit with one of our beautiful skirts for a standout look.
Can I Cancel an Outfit I've Already Booked?
Yes. Cancel more than 21 days before your reservation for a full refund, or receive a store credit if within 21 days. Subject to availability, you can also switch to another outfit.
Do I Need to Leave a Security Deposit at the Time of Booking?
We'll contact you about a week before your pick-up/delivery date to arrange either a credit card on file or a security deposit, allowing you to avoid upfront costs.
Do You Deliver Outfits?
Yes, choose delivery by our couriers or Uber/Lyft for quick and convenient service with real-time tracking.
Do You Sell Your Outfits?
We primarily focus on rentals, however, if you fall in love with a piece, please contact us to discuss purchasing options.
